Our Story
It all started with a simple mindset: work hard, be honest, and let the quality of your work do the talking. Arlen Phillips founded the company with nothing but a strong back, a sharp eye for concrete work, and a desire to do things the right way. As the demand grew, so did the vision — and Nomad Dirt Works was born, adding heavy civil capabilities to the mix.
Today, what began as a small operation in East Texas now serves clients nationwide.
